Some clients will be required to undertake a driving assessment after an injury or illness. Only occupational therapists who are registered and have undertaken postgraduate studies in driver assessment and rehabilitation are permitted to conduct driver assessments. Assessments are conducted in a supportive environment and aim to ensure that people are safe and able to drive.
